  1. I agree with Joan Heaton’s comment on this unfortunate matter. Regrettably, good politicians are becoming a rare species and “Party politics”, disgustingly, prevails. I suggest that Paynter and Kennally get off their backsides and walk this route after dark whilst it is raining when visibilty for motor vehicle drivers is at a low. I wonder what the legal position will be when one, or more of the children, is run over? I note that the the children in the photograph are not wearing high visibility jackets. There are, no doubt, similarly precarious routes in Cornwall that have yet to be brought to our attention.
