It is unreasonable of the Council to not only expect the children to walk the dangerous 3 mile route to school and back again each day, but for the parent accompanying the child, they have to walk back home then back to school in the afternoon. That adds up to 6 hours of their day taken up with walking to school and back. Come on Cornwall Council engage your brain!
