  1. To call this a free range operation is a joke!! It is an intensive unit which will be misery for the birds and a source of ammonia pollution. So whilst the council is selling off farms that would provide a great start for people coming in to agriculture who could farm sustainably and enhance the local economy, environment and community they are, also, encouraging food production on an industrial scale that offers low paid jobs with no prospects and the produce all goes out of county to major supermarkets and food processors. To be frank, it stinks!!
