  1. Cornwall Council appears to be evolving into an autocracy. What are our elected councillors doing to prevent this? At best, the councillors are ineffective in maintaining democratic principles. The current situation is beyond party politics. All councillors should concentrate on the elephant in the room. Divide et impera springs to mind.
