  1. Is Cornwall Council becoming an autocracy? More and more reports are emanating from outside bodies that show distinctly repellent responses to enquiries therefrom when cooperation is requested. Equally concerning are the requests from Cornwall Council for confidentiality agreements to be signed before lawfully requested information is supplied.
