  1. All property built in Kernow should be for permanent residents only. ALL HOLIDAY SECOND HOMES SHOULD BE BAND FROM KERNOW.
    The planers are to blame for making people only build for holiday lets and not permanent homes. Change the law NOW. So that all these properties can be let or sold to permanent residents.
    These second home owners do not even pay tax. This is evil.
