  1. The really worrying figure is the low percentage who would be confident in friends and family being treated at RCHT and their lack of confidence in the reporting of serious incidents. The board response of “tools’ and “engagement” are words I have been hearing for years. That board needs to be restructured with people who have the ideas RCHT needs.

  2. A survey of teachers to compare with this would be interesting. This is a percentage of responders. Responders obviously feel more stressed and want to be counted so the percentages are very skewed. Not to say that they they don’t work very hard and get stressed. Just that stats are misleading at the best of times.
