It could be weeks before police learn what caused the deaths of two men in a flat at St Austell last week.
The bodies of a 31-year-old man, and a 21-year-old, were found in a flat on Tregonissey Road on Wednesday.
Post mortem examinations yesterday (Friday) were inconclusive. “Police will now progress with in-depth toxicology which usually takes between two and four weeks for the results to be confirmed,” said a police statement. “At this time, the deaths of both men remain unexplained, but Devon and Cornwall police are not looking for any third party in relation to this incident.”
