  1. Legal Advisors often come up with “interesting” conclusions! I’m more surprised they didn’t just reject them on the less contentious basis that they significantly exceeded the 50 word limit guide – which is absurdly short regardless.

  2. Interesting. As Cornwall Council is the sole shareholder of Corserv and as Cornwall Council acts as the trustee for public money and assets (Cornwall Council has no money or assets of its own) I am rather surprised that the legal adviser comes to the conclusion that they do.
