  1. Very pleased to learn of the good news emanating through Cornwall Council. (I’m totally confused as to who actually has authority for health care in Cornwall but I believe the funding for this is coming from national Government funds.)
    Note to author:
    What is the cost per bed per day in the NHS to enable comparison to the £300 per bed per day quoted above?
