Police are investigating an arson attack on a van at Davidsow airfield. Fire crews were called shortly after midnight on New Year’s Eve.
A spokesman for the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said: "The crew used two sets of breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire.
"We suspect arson and have informed Devon and Cornwall Police."
A spokesman for the police confirmed they had launched an investigation but had no other details.
