Cornwall Reports has been advised that a story filed earlier by the BBC Local Democracy service, saying the licence had been refused, was incorrect. The licence was in fact approved.
Cornwall Reports apologises for this error, which was published in good faith. The erroneous version has been removed from this website, and as far as possible from social media.
The BBC Local Democracy Service is to file a corrected version shortly.
