Here is an example of local Government incompetence within Cornwall when involved in property construction during the late 1990s and early 2000s and now the “newly formed” County Council is about to emulate the same errors but with hundreds of thousands of borrowed pounds pledged by ourselves to supposedly produce returns to us of between five and seven percent. Plus ca change.
