Given your report of today entitled “County Hall awarded contracts worth £53 million outside agreed rules, according to auditors” which makes very interesting but frightening reading, I don’t believe that Cornwall Council is competent enough to continue to drive and enact plans for building developments of up to and excess of £500,000,000. Perhaps the Government is thinking similarly.
