  1. We know Langarth already has planning permissions for 2,700 houses so in this case the label ‘Garden Village’ can only be a good thing. Developers will have to take Langarth’s Garden Village status into account when submitting planning applications for the area. They’ll need to include more open spaces.trees, walking and cycle ways.
