Police have launched a murder investigation following a report from a member of the public who discovered the body of a man in a park in St Austell.
Police attended Truro Road this morning [Wednesday 11 January] just after 5am and discovered the body of an unidentified man.
Enquiries are currently underway and a scene guard remains around the Truro Road and Bridge Road park. Edgecombe Road has also been closed off.
The death is being treated as suspicious and await the outcome of the forensic post mortem.
The police Major Crime Unit are currently at the scene.
A 24-year-old man, a 22-year-old man, and a 21-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody.
