  1. As a keen supporter of white Elephants I give my full support. Who knows it might even be a money spinner. I accept that no local authority projects within the UK have generated a bean of profit on such Xanadu projects. Indeed such concrete and steel vanity projects tend to become an enormous swirling plug hole for ratepayers money. However I am sure Cornwall Council will Canute like succeed.

  2. The Council should not support yet another project that destroys greenfield food producing land. Also this project would create vast amounts of various pollution and overload present infrastructures. This project is in conflict with the climate emergency.
