  1. I cannot understand why CC wants to spend this money on linking Langarth with Truro. Noone lives in Langarth. How about spending the money on residents in Truro who alreay cycle to work and to the city centre. The roads into Truro are unsafe for cyclists and there is a desperate need for designated cycle lanes.
