This is likely to end up as another of the long list of vanity projects into which our cash strapped council will pour millions in an attempt to re-invent Cornwall.
The research has not been done. No viability study has been conducted. The technology and demand is unproven. The business case has not been made.
Why not go to Monte Carlo and chuck a few mill on black! There would be more chance of winning.
