Exactly as predicted this may have saved Cornish Council Taxpayers a lot of money.
Now with the lessons of the Covid pandemic why don’t Cornwall Council forget pie in the sky and concentrate on obtaining some of the manufacturing capacity that must be repatriated from China e.g. pharmaceuticals or textiles.
