The concept of “Private Sector Led” is fantastic, but the CIOS reality is something completely different. Our “Private Sector Led” is controlled completely by Cornwall Council, with little if any meaningful input from the private sector except for those with a vested interest in promoting their own business sectors as LEP directors.
