Having read the above article, it is clear that the spendthrift incompetence of our County Councillors backed up (or should that be led?) by the “Officers” of Cornwall Council will vote in favour of throwing £12,000,000 of our money into this black hole (pun intended). Would they do this with their own money, one asks. Could any of them actually visualise this vast sum; doubtless, to their minds, infinitely small sum.
