  1. The staggering value of land is the problem here. Agricultural land valued at £10K an acre being sold for £800000 an acre is unbelievable. Landowners making massive profits from our young people who cannot afford the homes built on such expensive land. Landowners are profiteering and our children suffer. This must stop.
