Cornwall’s Green Party members are preparing for their first county-wide conference tomorrow (Saturday), when they gather at County Hall, Truro, ahead of May’s local council elections.
The main keynote speaker is the party’s national deputy leader, Amelia Womack (right)
The conference will include workshops, fringe talks and debates on renewable energy, social enterprise, building stronger communities, affordable housing and integrated transport.
The Greens say they will also be discussing their approach to the Cornwall Council, town and parish elections due to be held on Thursday 4th May.
