  1. Prime farmland being built over is so short-sighted. But it is what developers want because it is cheaper to build on than brownfield. I wonder when the government will finally realise thst land is a finite resource and re-write the National Planning Policy Framework as something other than a developers’ charter. Not holding my breath!!
