Cornwall’s first permanent floating restaurant could soon be on the way to the River Fal, as tenders closed for bids to build it. The floating café will seat 100 customers and have 20 staff.
The FalRiver company wants to operate the café for eight months of the year and is now considering its options for a floating structure that will be moored in the southern end of King Harry Reach.
