  1. It is unbelievable that we are, in effect, preparing for a WW2 type situation when it is all so unnecessary. All this negotiation, plannng, expense and impending chaos when there are far more important issues to be focusing on. Far better that we remain in the EU and start planning for food security in the context of climate change and soil degradation. The only good thing about this is that local food producers will do better and we may be encouraged to stop the madness of food miles and supermarket domination of our food supply.
