  1. That project sounds brilliant. What every town needs and what a great innovation. Just to be axed so that Cornwall Council can make a few quid – at the very least that money should be ring fenced for community care. No doubt, greedy developers will do very well and whatever goes there will not enhance the community. Not a good start for this shaping our future fiasco – interesting that the health trust weren’t gagging to sell off every building in public ownership.
