  1. As suggested by earlier comments, there is very likely not enough funding to provide £10k to every eligible business, and now a belated suggestion that lower awards may be made.

    However, it appears that’s exactly what has been given out so far, so I’d like to know how the validity of that award was assessed, i.a.w. the Gov’t guidance.

    Is it a case of 100 favoured applicants being fast-tracked for a preferential payment?
