  1. I believe that I read somewhere that two recent trial Cornwall Council house-building schemes had lost money. . Cornwall Council is acting like a child in a sweet shop. In this case “Loads ‘a money!”. How about utilising the word caution in their approach to house-building instead of immediately throwing hundreds of thousands of pounds of our money (sorry, no, not our money, borrowed money pledged by us) into untried and untested schemes of get rich quick investments?. They are amateurs in a professional arena on a path to bankruptcy. Absolutely crazy.
