  1. As I understand it, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats are in favour of this step into the unknown. I am uncertain whether the Labour Party is supporting this venture. Why not put the money on a horse race?

  2. You do wonder who runs Cornwall Council, the unelected officials or the councillors. I am afraid if I was a councillor, I would invite Ms O’Sullivan to concentrate on the job in hand, namely sort out the mess in procurement.
