  1. This just proves once again the cabinet system in Cornwall council doesn’t work and is dysfunctional.When the cabinet member can openly say he hadn’t seen a report which was so advanced and detailed there is something fundamentally wrong.

  2. As a retired local government officer, I welcome with enthusiasm this move by Elected Members to fulfil their duties and exercise their powers as elected public representatives. This monstrous asset-stripping MUST be stopped.
