  2. There were a lot of promises when Cardrew Health Centre closed. The MIU at Barncoose was going to be upgraded in a shiny, refurbished part of the hospital and offer all sorts of new facilities. Carder closed and pfft suddenly the new facilities vanished in a puff of smoke.
