I despair for the future of Truro!! No doubt Cornwall’s Tory MPs will be pushing for this with the Chancellor. Shed loads of public money, use of greenfield site, no social benefit to local population, no transport plan to prevent a worsening of congestion on the A390, which will be accompanied by increased levels of N2O and particulates in an already heavily polluted residential area. And I haven’t even started on the carbon emissions!
