It seems a shame that CCC we’re happy to spend £46,000 on a jolly rather than use some of that money to expedite the improvements needed to the building designated by the council for the Street Food Project. SFP have been waiting for long over a year to gain access to the site where they could finally feed the people of Penzance who are homeless or in food poverty in the warm and dry and with some dignity.
