    Just to be clear, they are all committed to completing all necessary action to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, not just to action by 2030.

    That means actions now and stopping burning fossil fuels before the deadline, which implies no new fossil fuels burning machinery (such as cars/ tractors/ busses/ lorries/ ect) by about 2022, given their lifespan!
