  1. No member of staff should legally be above our elected councillors if one tries it on, then the person should be released from the paid employment immediately.
    We have to live with what has happened in the past, when staff have been in control.

    • Totally agree, current situation is a farce. I am surprised rank and files Lib Dems put up with this. In West Dorset we got rid of the cabinet system. The sooner KK is given the boot the better.
