  1. The obvious answer is to review the specification and do it in house through Corserve.Any private contractor will need to make a profit which increases the cost.No need to tender as this would be Teckal exempt which also saves some cost.

  2. The answer is obvious bring it back in house, this would simplify the chain of command and allow the council to make its own decisions without having to deal with private companies and unbreakable contracts, why make profits for private company share holders at the tax payers expense.
