If Cornwall Council is to put some of our money into the privately owned Stadium for Cornwall, then at least it should be in exchange for a shareholding in the same in proportion to the size of its investment.
This would be a political decision.It is difficult to see how this is economically viable or would provide wide scale health benefits.It also can’t start immediately so doesn’t seem like a good use of limited resources.
